- ➤ The Payne County Health Department is starting a SAIL class that teaches adaptive exercises for all abilities at the Cushing Youth Center (700 S. Little Ave.) beginning Tuesday, Jan. 20. Classes run from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday. Stillwater News Network
