Adults are invited to join chair yoga with meditation led by Dr. Carol Bender every Tuesday in February at the OSU Museum of Art.
The free event runs from 5:30 to 6:20 p.m. — doors open at 5:15 — and welcomes anyone in comfortable clothes regardless of yoga experience.
🎓 Education
Cushing High School student Phenix Simmons was honored for academic excellence by the National Society of High School Scholars on Jan.
23, recognizing his leadership and community service. He becomes a lifetime member (joining a national network that supports future studies and career success).
