- ➤ Stillwater businessman Greg Adams announced his campaign for the Stillwater School District No. 16 Board of Education Ward 5 seat in March+ he said his run focuses on improving academic outcomes, monitoring fiscal decisions, and promoting truth in education. Stillwater News Press
- ➤ Kyle Hilbert, speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and state representative for District 29, will speak at OSU’s spring commencement on May 9—10. He is an OSU alumnus who earned a bachelor's degree in agribusiness and a master's in business administration while serving as student government president. Stillwater News Press
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Destiny Lalaguna—an OSU Sports Medicine athletic trainer at FC Tulsa—worked a long day during the team’s first home game on March 15 as she prepared players at the Titan Sports Complex in Jenks and led pre-game treatment and safety protocols at ONEOK Field. Her efforts in injury prevention and rapid post-game recovery helped support the win and set the stage for the team’s busy season. OSU
