- ➤ A 34-year-old Tryon man (Shelby Lee Webster) was arrested by Stillwater police on DUI and open container charges after he was found unresponsive and given two doses of Narcan in a bank parking lot on Feb. 13; he remains jailed on a $25,000 bond and will face court on May 5. 1600 KUSH-AM
- ➤ Dennis Carson Henley, a 45-year-old Stillwater man, was released on a $10,000 bond after being accused of choking his pregnant girlfriend at his apartment on April Fool's Day—she said she returned after leaving a shelter when he promised to change, and he is to have no contact with her as he faces a court date on June 5 for charges including interfering with an emergency call. - ➤ Cushing man Jakob Lee Ninness, 20, and his passenger Nicole R. Claeys, 19, were charged with possessing psilocybin mushrooms with intent to distribute, marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a Feb. 11 traffic stop at 609 E. Main Street—Ninness will appear in court on June 9 while Claeys will appear on May 14. Stillwater News Network
- ➤ Cushing police charged a local couple—20-year-old Jakob Lee Ninness and 19-year-old Nicole R. Claeys—with drug offenses after a Feb 11 traffic stop uncovered psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana and drug tools, and Ninness must appear in court on June 9 while Claeys is set to appear on May 14 with an attorney. 1600 KUSH-AM
