CRIME NEWS
- ➤ During a trial that lasted 72 minutes on April 30, Joshua Lee Bradley, 26, was acquitted of felony discharging a firearm at his apartment but convicted of reckless conduct and carrying a firearm while intoxicated—he remains free on a $5,000 bond pending sentencing on June 3 where he could face jail time and fines. 1600 KUSH-AM
- ➤ Dooley (41) and Hutchison (21, known as Isabella Rose on Facebook) were charged with robbing a man who met Hutchison on Facebook on March 20, with the victim saying a handgun was used to threaten him while Dooley remains free on $30,000 bond with a court appearance set for June 4 and Hutchison is detained on $50,000 bond pending a hearing on June 9. - ➤ A 25-year-old man from Cushing was arrested four months after he was accused of having copper wires stolen from Submersible Pump Inc on Dec. 16, 2024 and was jailed on a $5,000 bond with a court appearance set for June 9—he faces a felony charge that could lead to up to five years in prison. - ➤ Perkins man Tyler Dean Boyce, aged 39, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on April 3 and charged with keeping his residence as a drug house and possessing fentanyl and drug paraphernalia—he was jailed on a $100,000 bond and must appear in court on June 18. 1600 KUSH-AM
- ➤ A 25-year-old man from Cushing was arrested after allegedly possessing copper wires stolen from Submersible Pump Inc on Dec. 16 and admitted to taking about 30 pounds of scrap copper from the scene — he is jailed on a $5,000 bond and is set to appear in court on June 9 facing a felony charge that could lead to up to five years in prison. 1600 KUSH-AM

- ➤ Oklahoma Human Services — with the Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness — has extended deadlines for child care centers to meet new 5-star accreditation rules so providers have more time to meet the standards. Stillwater News Press
