CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A 24-year-old Stillwater man pleaded guilty to passing four forged checks totaling $1,974.42 at Williams Food in Perkins on July 15 and to entering Stillwater Screen Printing with intent to steal copper on Oct. 22, and he reported to Payne County Jail to serve 90 days—he must also pay restitution and follow probation conditions. - ➤ A Perkins man, 48-year-old Jason Wayne Bohard, was sentenced to 5 years in prison followed by 5 years of probation for his fourth DUI after his arrest at N. Main and Highway 33—he must complete a substance abuse evaluation, follow treatment recommendations, undergo random drug tests, maintain full-time employment, and use an ignition interlock device for 2 years. 1600 KUSH-AM
- ➤ A 24-year-old Stillwater man, Payton Kelly, pleaded guilty to forging checks totaling $1,974 on July 15 and stealing copper from Stillwater Screen Printing on October 22, then reported to Payne County Jail to serve a 90-day term with probation that includes restitution and substance abuse evaluation—terms set in his plea deal. 1600 KUSH-AM
