- ➤ Google will invest $9 billion over the next two years to build a data center in Stillwater and expand its Pryor campus to support AI, cloud computing, and education programs — the projects will also increase local job opportunities. OSU
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ This summer, five OSU students in the Niblack Scholars Program are finishing their research projects and will present their findings to Dr. Niblack in October. The program gives students practical lab experience—preparing them for future science careers. OSU
- ➤ Two Stillwater High students finished in the top 35 at a national leadership event in Orlando this summer—honored on Tuesday at a board meeting by a new Family and Consumer Sciences teacher. Stillwater News Press
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Oklahoma State University Extension and the University of Oklahoma are launching a new program to help cancer survivors adjust after treatment. The six-week program will begin on September 17th at OSU Tulsa and include weekly in-person check-ins covering physical activity, nutrition, mental health, and financial planning — bridging gaps in care.
