- ➤ On October 23rd, a burst hot water pipe in Allen Hall forced dozens of students to evacuate as flooding with scalding water damaged belongings and sent several to the hospital with burns — repair crews shut off the water and temporary housing was provided while cleanup continues. The O'Colly

- ➤ Palestinian memorial organizers at OSU found that about 400 white flags were stolen from flag displays on Library Lawn and International Mall Lawn—OSUPD is reviewing area footage after the theft of memorial symbols honoring children killed in the Israel-Hamas war. The O'Colly
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Stillwater Public Library announced its annual winter reading program themed 'Feel the Chill with Winter Reading' which runs from Nov. 17 through Dec. 31—inviting readers of all ages to pre-register on Beanstack and earn prizes as they log daily reading. The program also includes events such as a sing-along screening on Dec. 6, a film screening with hot chocolate on Dec. 11, and a drop-in storytime on Dec. 30. City of Stillwater
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ The OSU Cowgirl golf team wrapped up its fall season on Oct. 19 at Stanford Intercollegiate with a first-place finish at the Schooner Fall Classic and strong individual play by junior Ellie Bushnell.
