- ➤ The Coffee House is a nonprofit coffee shop owned by University Heights Baptist Church that reopened in 2008 near OSU to offer coffee, Bible studies, bridal showers and free lunches for students. - ➤ On Wednesday, freshman Sarah Goddard walked into a Christmas wonderland at the Student Union Plaza where nearly 200 Angel Trees carried wish lists for children in need—campus organizers and student groups have coordinated the event so students can adopt an angel by buying the items and dropping them off in room 211 by Dec. 5. - ➤ The OSU Master of Business Administration Association is hosting the 2025 Toy Drive for Cowboys vs Cancer at Oklahoma State from Monday through Dec. 5 to collect toys for children undergoing cancer treatment at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa — drop-offs are available at the Watson Graduate School of Management office and the General Academic Business HR room 201 — with support from The Eddie Sutton Foundation. - ➤ OSU alumnus Aaron Chambers is set to bring a Lucky Tea Boba House franchise to Stillwater on Main Street. The shop will open early January to serve as a dedicated boba spot and third space for work or study — designed with many charging outlets for busy college students. The O'Colly

- ➤ Skylie Thompson, an OSU senior who first auditioned for American Idol at 17, tried again in early 2025 and earned three yeses before being eliminated during the showstopper round—she learned valuable lessons about her music and plans to graduate in May with new releases expected next summer. - ➤ College students Ella Poe and Macy Lambert performed as Ella and Macy at the Red River Revel festival in Shreveport on Oct. 3 where they played songs from their album Self Sabotage. They plan to form a band and will release more music videos during winter break—balancing their studies and music projects. The O'Colly

- ➤ Sherri worked with teachers to create a 504 plan that lets her son with a sensory processing disorder wear sunglasses outdoors and use noise-cancelling headphones in class—helping him become calm and confident. Stillwater Public Schools use tailored IEPs and 504 plans for over 1,000 students so teachers and parents work together—ensuring each child gets the support needed to succeed. The O'Colly

- ➤ Micah Gray, a 5-foot-8 senior guard for the OSU Cowgirls, is averaging 16.7 points, three assists and nearly three made 3-pointers per game so far this season.
